This one we scoped from the start, we could see it stood a good chance and that the situation was ideal for the development of a new dwelling. Through a process of consultation, analysis and the development of a strong planning application the end we secured formal planning permission for the new dwelling.
Our work involved evaluating the ecological impact, a bat survey and shadow analysis as part of demonstrating the limited impact of the development as part of building a thorough and successful planning application.
