Our customer was seeking to enhance their home and asked to prepare plans for a proposed garage conversion, new front porch and new roof.
This development did not need planning permission and therefore we progressed straight to Building Regulations drawings. These provided for a new space within the garage, new more thermally efficient porch and front door, new thermally efficient roof and relocated surface water discharge.
